‘Dhenki Chata' Dudhersar Rice - (Seddho)

Dudhersar Rice is a traditional everyday rice variety from West Bengal, named for its milky-white colour. Its grains are slim, short and soft in texture.
Dhenki procures Dudhersar Rice primarily from farmers in the Sundarban region before careful sorting and hygienic packaging.
Cooking Instructions: Cook 1 cup of rinsed rice with 2 cups of water on low heat for 18–20 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
